SHIPPING POLICY

All products sold by Peanutt Studio are made-to-order (print-on-demand). Each item is printed specifically for your order after purchase, and we do not hold pre-made inventory. As a result, every order goes through a processing (production) period before it ships, followed by a shipping (transit) period.

Processing Time

Standard printed apparel orders are processed within 2-8 business days. All-Over-Print apparel orders may require 6-11 business days to process. Orders containing 2 or more items may require an additional business day for processing. Orders that involve custom design or personalization services may require additional time to verify order details, such as shipping address and artwork, before entering production.

Processing times may increase during peak seasons, including major holidays, or in the event of circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers if such delays occur.

Shipping Time

Once processing is complete, standard shipping within the United States typically takes 2-9 business days. Orders fulfilled through our overseas production partners, including All-Over-Print apparel and certain accessories, typically take 7-15 business days to arrive. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, and U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, and American Samoa) may take 40-45 business days to arrive.

Shipping times may increase by 5-15 business days during periods of high demand or in the event of circumstances beyond our control.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

Most orders shipped to standard U.S. addresses arrive within 4 to 17 business days from the date of purchase, combining processing and shipping time. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or military addresses may take considerably longer. We recommend placing your order well in advance of any date-sensitive occasion, particularly during holiday seasons.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after it is first issued.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Peanutt Studio is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or lost packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at peanutt2610@gmail.com, as we may be able to correct it before production begins.

Peak Season Notice

During major shopping periods, including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Lunar New Year, processing and shipping times may extend beyond the estimates provided above due to increased order volume. We recommend ordering early to help ensure delivery by your desired date.
